for Westinghouse Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (CFFF)
The National Labor Relations Board has determined the ballots to be utilized in the in-person manual secret ballot election for Colleagues of Westinghouse CFFF. It is essential that you understand which group you are in, and the question(s) you will be asked on your ballot.

In this matter, the CFFF Colleagues will be voting in a single election. Please review the information pertaining to your group's ballot.
DETERMINATION OF VOTING GROUPS (UNITS)

VOTING GROUP - UNIT INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time production, maintenance, and
warehouse employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 5801 Bluff Road, Hopkins, South Carolina.

EXCLUDED From Election(s): All other employees, Contract Management Techs, Field Service Technicians, Irradiated Fuel Inspection Specialists, ISD Global Support Technicians, Maintenance Contract Coordinators, office clerical employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Voter Eligibility: Eligible to vote are those in the unit who were employed during the payroll period ending January 25, 2024, including employees who did not work during that period because they were ill, on vacation, or temporarily laid off.
DETERMINATION OF ELECTION OUTCOME(S)

A secret-ballot election under the Board's Rules and Regulations shall be held under the supervision of the Regional Director on the date and at the hours and places specified below:

Thursday, February 29, 2024 and Friday, March 1, 2024
6:00am - 8:00am, 2:00pm - 4:00pm, 10:00pm - 12:00am

Saturday, March 2, 2024
10:30am - 11:30am

Conference Room 131A of Employer’s facility located at 5801 Bluff Road, Hopkins, SC.
NLRB Agents will commingle and tally the ballots upon the closure of the polling time on Saturday, Mar 2, 2024. If the union FAILS to receive the majority of ballots cast, they will lose the election. No unit can be involved in a second election within twelve months.
